Benefiting MLK365

MLK365 is proud to bring you Northern California’s largest Martin Luther King, Jr. celebration, the 32nd Annual "MARCH FOR THE DREAM" on January 16th, 2012.

This celebration attracts diverse crowds of 20,000 or more very enthusiastic marchers from across the region who come together to recommit themselves to the principles of social justice, equality and service.

The six mile march commences with a celebration at the Sacramento Convention Center filled with highly interactive, educational and fun activities.

The three start locations for the march are:

1.        The Oak Park Community Center start at 8:30am

2.        Grant High School start at 8:30am

3.        Sacramento City College at 9:00am

The "MARCH FOR THE DREAM" benefits the non-profit organization, MLK365. As an organization, MLK365 advances the vision of Martin Luther King,Jr. through value-based advertising campaigns, work, civic and educational challenge grants and students programs to promote civic engagement, character development and social action programs 365 days a year.
