The marquee event in the world of Special Olympics in the United States will take place in Seattle, Washington on June 27 - July 1, 2018. The 2018 Special Olympics USA Games provides an incredible opportunity for athletes from all over the country to embrace the Olympic ideal, display their talents and abilities, and to compete against athletes from around the country. It will undoubtedly be an amazing and historic event that will leave an indelible mark on everyone associated with the USA Games!

As an important part of the USA Games, our very own Officer Ty Ah Nee of the Honolulu Police Department, will represent the State of Hawaii in the Law Enforcement Torch Run Final Leg® for the 2018 Special Olympics USA Games.  As our Guardians of the Flame™, Officer Ah Nee, along with Officers and Athletes from around the country, will together work to promote the powerful messages of inclusion, acceptance, and ability throughout Washington State.
