On October 29th, the Crisis Center for South Suburbia (CCSS) will host its inaugural Dance for Awareness Fundraiser powered by Exelon. The Event is open to everyone in the community (18 and over) to show their support of victims and survivors of domestic violence. October is DV Awareness Month and your voice is essential in letting people know CCSS is there to help and life without abuse is possible.

Admission for the event is $25.  Dancers and team supporters who raise $175 or more in donations per dancer will receive an all-access pass to event dance floor for all 6 hours, two each of food and drink tickets, a D4A T-Shirt and goody bag, and a personalized online fundraising page. Proceeds from the event go toward services and education programs offered by CCSS. Donations are tax deductible.  For those not raising funds, time on the dance floor can be purchased for $10 per theme hour.  Food, beverages and concessions will also be available for purchase including Chick-fil-A, Jet's Pizza and Jersey Mike's.
