Traders Unite for Japan

On March 11, 2011, a 9.0 magnitude earthquake hit northern Japan. This triggered tsunamis that caused widespread devastation and crippled a nuclear power plant.

As of March 21, the official number of dead and missing victims after this terrible tragedy has exceeded 20,000. Over 8,000 people have been confirmed dead while more than 13,000 people are still missing.

Survivors are still facing food shortages, aftershocks and no electricity or heating. But now the snow and low temperatures place an even bigger burden on their shoulders.

We can all help. has created this fundraising page to help MercyCorps in providing urgently needed relief efforts to Japan's earthquake survivors.

Whether you trade forex, stocks or even if you're not a trader, you can help. It doesn't matter how much. Each and every single donation matters to those who are suffering in Japan during this extremely difficult time.

FirstGiving will send your donations directly to MercyCorps.
