Support Diane & Kenny in Voices of Hope!

From Diane: I am overjoyed and honored to be a part of the Voices of Hope, a performance organization which raises funds to support cancer research through song.  We are ordinary people on an extraordinary mission!

This year, Kenny has joined me in Voices of Hope to honor the memories of those who have touched his life. He wanted to put his skills to good use to raise funds....and since spying isn't something that is typically sanctioned in everyday society, he decided to use his musical talents instead!

We all know someone who has been touched by cancer, whether it was someone close to our hearts or someone whom we knew only briefly. We have lost several people close to us, and also been saddened for our friends and families who have lost their loved ones.

Why is this so important to us? We are driven to do what we can to help guide the future. We don't want our daughters to fear cancer, for themselves or someone they love. We're not doctors or scientists, but we can use the skills and talents we have to help the cause!

We ask for your help in supporting our fundraising. You can help in one of several ways:

- Make a donation here!

- Make a donation here in exchange for a handmade & decorated cake by Diane!

- Sponsor our September 17th concert at Symphony Hall by buying a program ad or donating an item to our silent auction.

- Buy a ticket (or a few!) to our September 17th concert at Symphony Hall!

If you are interested in any of these options, please contact me by email: so I can guide you to the next step.

Thank you so much for your support. We love this organization because we have shown our mission to be true: Ordinary people on an extraordinary mission; that one person CAN make a difference. Thank you for being one of those people.

About VOH: This organization was built by Greg Chastain, after his mother's death in 2009 from pancreatic cancer. Greg was inspired to honor his mother by creating Voices of Hope, a cabaret-style evening of testimonies in song, dance and spoken word of loss, love and courage from a variety of people whose lives have been changed by cancer.

In October 2009, Voices of Hope debuted with 29 performers before a sold-out audience at NextDoor Theater in Winchester. Funds raised went to the Expect Miracles Foundation, a key contributor to the Belfer Institute for Applied Cancer Science at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. A year later, a 125-strong Voices of Hope performed before an audience of almost 1,000 at Boston’s Symphony Hall, raising $50,000 for the foundation.

Voices of Hope provides a moving theatrical event that raises the spirits of performers and audiences alike and at the same time, supports transformative research.
