Golden Gate Basset Hound Rescue

This is Lulu dreaming about our annual fundraiser and hoping for your donation to Golden Gate Basset Rescue. The money you donate will provide medical care, transportation and expenses involved in helping homeless basset hounds in Northern California find new loving homes.

Lulu was adopted from a shelter in 2000 at age 9. She was lucky. Now, at age 15, she has enjoyed 6 years reigning benevolently in our home along with our two other rescued bassets, 12-year-old Kirby and sprightly newcomer, Nancy.

Join Lulu and GGBR in Novato on July 4 for our annual "Waddle for Rescue". If Lulu can collect the most donations before July 4, 2006, she will be crowned Queen of next year's parade. At Lulu's age, she can no longer walk the whole parade route, but with your help, next year she can ride in elegance as "Queen Lulu".

Whether or not Lulu fulfills her royal dreams, your donation is greatly appreciated. Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to make a contribution to our fundraising efforts.

Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!
