We are all supporters of Camp Ramah Canada where our children (younger ones to attend in future) and grandchildren have attended for many years.
In 2011 & 2013, we had a terrific time participating in the first Camp Ramah Bike Ride in Israel, in support of the Tikvah Programme for children with special needs. Those efforts by the National Ramah Commission raised about $480,000 net of all expenses and was used for Camp Ramah’s special needs programs, which has helped bring many more children to Camp Ramah summer programs with needed scholarship support, and has provided more professional training and networking for the hard-working staff of these programs.
This year we are participating in the third Israel bike ride/hike to benefit this Programme.
We have set as our combined goal, the raising of $15,000.00.
We would be honoured to have your support of our efforts. Any amount will be greatly appreciated and will make a difference in the lives of children, teens and young adults with Autism, Aspergers, Down Syndrome and other conditions of developmental delay who can attend camp and be inspired and nurtured there.
