Dear Friends and Family
My daughter and I will be taking on a challenge next May, a bike ride in Israel to support the inclusion of campers with special needs at a network of summer camps called Camp Ramah. (For more information about these special needs programs throughout North America, go to www.RamahBikeRide.org.)
The challenge is both to be able to finish the ride which will take place in the mountainous eastern Galil and the Golan Heights, as well as to raise as much funding as possible to help with scholarships and staff training for these special needs programs.
Would you please consider helping to sponsor our participation in this first-ever Ramah movement-wide fund raiser for special needs programs? Some have pledged $36, $50 or $118, and others have pledged more. Obviously any amount will be greatly appreciated and will make a difference in the lives of children, teens and young adults with Autism, Aspergers, Down Syndrome and other conditions of developmental delay who can attend camp and be inspired and nurtured there.
Thanks so much for considering a gift. You can mail a check to National Ramah, 3080 Broadway, NY, NY 10027 or simply make an on-line donation through www.RamahBikeRide.org.
Many thanks for your consideration.
