Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!

This is a very important time of year for the many homeless dogs and cats in the Phoenix area.  It is time to raise money for Bowlarama!!.  RESCUE survives due to monetary donations from our friends and families as well as from donations of time and love from our many volunteers.

Bowlarama is AZ RESCUE's major fund raiser for the year.

Please help me help animals like Otto.  Otto was scheduled to be euthanized at the county pound before RESCUE gave him a second chance.  Those of you who know Otto, know what a character he is and how much he has enriched our lives.  But there are many dogs and cats who do not get a second chance, not because they are less loveable than Otto, but because of a lack of funding.  Our boys Fred and Buster were also rescued from the pound by RESCUE.

RESCUE is and always has been dedicated to saving the lives of the orphaned dogs and cats that are on the “kill list.”  The “kill list” is a list of dogs and cats that will die that day.  This list is created every day, sometimes, twice a day.  Over 40,000 dogs and cats lives are taken each year at Animal Control.  This does not include an additional 20-35,000 that are put to sleep at the Humane Society.

RESCUE focuses on the lives that we can save.  Unfortunately it takes money to save their lives.  This money is used to feed them, provide medical care and if they are not lucky enough to go into foster care, boarding for each of them until a loving permanent home is found.  Food runs about $7,000 a year.  Medical care runs $2 – 5,000 a month.  Boarding for the dogs and cats runs about $5 – 7,000 a month.

Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts.

Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!
