Thank you for taking the time to look at the 2014 Lawrence Township Police Unity Tour Team fundraising page. We are humbled and thankful by your continued support.
This will be the sixth year that officers from Lawrence Township Police Department will be making the 300 mile bicycle ride from New Jersey to Washington DC. Our ride is to raise awareness, pay tribute and honor those law enforcement officers that have made the ultimate sacrifice during the course of serving and protecting our communities. Our secondary mission is to raise money for the National Law Enforcement Memorial Fund / National Law Enforcement Museum and support the surviving families, friends, coworkers and communities that have lost their hero.
With your donation our team can continue to support the officers killed in the line of duty and make sure that those officers are never forgotten.
Each of the six years that our team has been participating in the Police Unity Tour has been emotional and rewarding. Emotional to interact with the survivors and see the hurt and pain they endure, yet rewarding to see their deep appreciation for the respect and honor shown to their deceased hero by members of our team.
Again, thank you for your consideration to donate to our team. Each member of our team has a fundraising requirement of $1,750 and appreciates any donation that you are able to give.
This year our team is riding in honor and memory of:
