Running 19.3 For Give Kids The World

I will be running the Walt Disney World® Disney Enchanted 10k AND the Disney Princess Half Marathon (both races combined is called the Glass Slipper Challenge) as part of the Give Kids The World Team. I am excited to have the opportunity to run and raise money for this incredible organization.

My goal is to raise $3,000 for Give Kids The World. Give Kids The World is a wish-fulfilling, carefree retreat for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families. Children and their families are treated to a weeklong, cost-free fantasy vacations in Central Florida, complete with accommodations in the Village's whimsical villas, transportation, attraction tickets, meals and much more. Most importantly, it allows the families to spend precious time together, and the children a chance to smile, laugh and truly be a kid.

Please take a minute to read my friend's first hand experience at Give Kids The World Village, they made her visit absolutely magical. 365awesomedays.blogspot.com/2012/07/gabs-wish-trip-part-1-give-kids-world.html
