The Symbol of the Hummingbird is meaningful to us. Being small and light, they can't pull or hold anything but a few drops of water. But in large groups, they could water a plant or fill a bucket. They are like spare change in our pocket. When we all put our change together it adds up to something BIG. So now we ask you to be a hummingbird for the Pancreatic Cancer Alliance -- and do the best that you can. Thank You!
The Pancreatic Cancer Alliance (PCA) is a group of dedicated individuals that volunteer their time to raise funds for the Pancreas Program at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and the UMass Medicine Cancer Center of excellence. We operate under the UMass Memorial Foundation's 501 (c) 3
The Pancreas program exists because of the efforts of the PCA. It has some of the finest surgeons, oncologists and researchers in the country -- working together to find a way to live with pancreatic cancer. Trials, patient care and advocacy are ongoing. This is why we need your help.
Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It's an easy way to support our fundraising efforts but if you prefer, you can mail donations to:
Pancreatic Cancer Alliance c/o UMass Memorial Foundation, 333 South Street, Shrewsbury, MA 01545
Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to make a donation in honor or in memory of someone or because they believe in what we are doing and we won't give up the fight!
