Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!

When I was 15 years old I was diagnosed with medulloblastoma, a form of pediatric brain cancer and it is because of the amazing work being done at Seattle Children's Hospital and in Dr.Olson's lab that I am alive and doing so well today.

After completeing tretment and missing a year of high school, I worked very hard to get back on track and graduate on time. Now, I am a student at Western Washington University. I am double majoring in psychology and sociology in order to become a Child Life Specialist, so I can make a difference in the lives of children with cancer and other serious illnesses.

This will be my fifth time participating in this incredible event and it is a very special year for me. This October marks the "big one" in cancer survivorship. This year I will have been cancer free for FIVE YEARS!!! To celebrate this important milestone it is my goal to raise $5,000 for the Run of Hope!

Thank you so much for your support!!!!
