In October 2009 I was diagnosed with Medulloblastoma, a form of Pediatric Brain Cancer. Two days after my diagnosis, surgery was performed to remove the tumor. Since the tumor had spread to my spine, my treatment included 30 days of radiation, followed by 6 monthly rounds of chemo. I received the gold standard of treatment for Medulloblastoma offered at Seattle Children's Hospital. Additionally, I was part of a study protocol testing an additional type of chemo given in conjunction with radiation to make it work more effectively. Your support of research like this may save the life of the next child diagnosed with a form of Pediatric Brain Cancer. Please help me provide financial support for this vital reaearch by donating today. Every dollar is a step closer to a cure.
My team goal is to raise $5,000.
