Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. I am thrilled for the opportunity to challenge myself on this bike ride in order to support my campers and friends in the Tikvah programs at Ramah.
My connection to Tikvah runs deep -- I spent years as a camper at Camp Ramah in New England volunteering my time in the Tikvah program and another 3 summers there working for the program in different forms. Today, as a senior staff member at camp, I continue to see Tikvah as a crucial component of my camp experience and get great joy out of watching my campers of all ages and abilities make Tikvah a part of their summer as well. Furthermore, it is now a pleasure to help promote and support the national network of Ramah's special needs programs through my work in the national office in New York.
On a more personal note, I dedicate my own five days of riding to the honor of my dear friend, shul buddy, and soon-to-be brother-in-law, who has been involved with the Tikvah program at Camp Ramah in New England through the generosity of supporters like you.
I am thankful for this opportunity to make Tikvah possible for families across North America and I thank you for sharing in my commitment.
I have set for myself an ambitious fundraising goal given my resources, yet a modest one considering the demand of the cause. Please help me in exceeding my goal and making Tikvah a reality for so many families in need.
