History: The Heart of IL Down Syndrome Association (HOIDSA) is a local support group of parent volunteers that was formed in the 1980's.   

Our organization relies solely on donations and fundraising efforts to support the services we provide. We hope we can count on you to help us continue our mission of providing support, education, and advocacy for individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
