National Association for Children of Alcoholics

The National Association for Children of Alcoholics (NACoA) is a national organization that support and give hope to individuals, children and families across the country who are struggling with the impact of addiction to alcohol and other drugs, and of long-term recovery. NACoA is working to broaden public understanding of how addiction and recovery affect children, families and our communities. They are promoting effective public policy at the national, state, and local levels; advancing professional knowledge; educating the public that prevention and recovery support services can and do work; and demonstrating the promise and reality of recovery. Join us, make the commitment to get fit and have fun while speaking for the families who need a voice. – Our Mission: To eliminate the adverse impact of alcohol and drug use on children and families.
