To a person living with pulmonary hypertension (PH), six minutes of exercise can sometimes feel like a marathon…

Join us for a Six Minute Marathon, hosted by the Puyallup Valley PH Support Group to benefit the Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA).

This event will take place at:
Puyallup United Methodist Church
1919 W. Pioneer St.
Puyallyup, WA  98371

Registration begins at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time
Walk begins at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time

Registration is Free!  Family, Friends & Caregivers welcome! Lunch, Water and Coffee will be provided.

We're encouraging all participants to raise $100 in pledges. All participants who raise the pledge goal of $100 will receive a free Six Minute Marathon T-shirt! Everyone receives certificates of completion!

Being an election year, our Six Minute Marathon has a special theme:  Red, White, and Blue!  During the walk, breathe through your mouth using only a red straw to mimic how many PH patients feel. White for the tape to hold the straw in place. Blue for the lip color many PH patients have. Together, the colors represent the struggle PH patients go through to get oxygen to their lungs.

Hope to see you there!
