PHun Walk for Shelley

Saturday, June 15, 2013

PHun Walk for Shelley is an official Pulmonary Hypertension Association awareness event held in memory of Shelley Ann Lisbona. Shelley was diagnosed with Pulmonary Hypertension at 16 years old and passed away just 4 months later in February 2010. She was a very involved member of the Lakeland community and touched many people’s lives. She was a member of the color guard, fencing team, chorale, and track team. Shelley’s smile and kind heart will never be forgotten.

Shelley’s friends hope to raise money through this walk to honor all that she’s done for them and give back to help others fighting this disease.

This event will take place at Lakeland Regional Highschool on June 15, 2013.

Registration will begin at 8 am and the walk promptly at 9 am.

The cost for registration will be $20 for adults and $10 for children (12 & under). Please, no animals.

Each registered walker will receive a goody bag which includes an event t-shirt, ribbon and other promotional items. During the walk there will be music for all ages, light food and drink, and various activities for children.
