Chicago Polar Plunge benefiting Special Olympics Chicago

Chicago Polar Plunge benefiting Special Olympics Chicago

Our thanks to the 3,200 spirited people who braved the the cold temperature and took a refreshing dip into Lake Michigan to raise funds and awareness for the athletes of Special Olympics Chicago!

A special thanks to Mayor Rahm Emanuel, Jimmy Fallon,  the cast of Chicago Fire and the other special guests that helped to shine a national spotlight on our event!

We are closing in on our goal of $1,000,000 to support the year-round programs enjoyed by our athletes.

You can still support us by selecting a fundraising page below and donating directly to a donor.

Or, you can make a $20 donation and we will send you a #swimmyfallon t-shirt.  Visit our website at www.sochicago.org.  Select the "Donate" button in the left margin and make a secure donation through PayPal.  Just let us know your t-shirt size  -- include that info in the address section.

(Please note:  Our #swimmyfallon shirt campaign is a dedicated program.  If you make a donation to a fundraiser page, you will not receive a t-shirt.)

Thank you for helping us build a community of acceptance and inclusion for all!
