Our daughter Sabrina was diagnosed with Epilepsy when she was just 10 months old. Sabrina has a rare genetic disorder called Dravet Syndrome which is intractable epilepsy. People living with Dravet Syndrome have a 15-20% mortality rate. We are so blessed that she is a thriving 7 year old that enjoys going on roller coasters at Disney and playing with her brother. She is our hero and has taught us so much about how precious life can be.
This will be our sixth year walking with the Epilepsy Association of Central Florida to help spread awareness for epilepsy and help them raise money. Your donation can help someone get the treatment that they desperately need, it can help educate schools on how to help children with epilepsy, it can help so many people right here in Central Florida. It would mean a lot to our family if you joined us at the walk or made a donation to our team. We greatly appreciate your assistance in helping us raise awareness about epilepsy.
