Thank you for visiting United Against Poverty Orlando's FirstGiving page!
We deeply appreciate your interest in helping to transform the lives of our community’s poor and low income population.
All of us at UP Orlando are excited to be teaming up with FirstGiving to offer a fun and easy way to raise funds and awareness for our mission. You can now register for one of our events or create your own personal fundraising page to share with your networks.
Getting started only takes a few minutes:
●Click the “Start Fundraising” button at the top of this page.
●If you are here to participate in an event, select it from the list. If you would like to create your own page for a special occasion or for an event that is not listed, scroll to the bottom and click the drop-down box to choose your option.
●Determine how long you’d like for your fundraising page to be active for. We recommend choosing the 12 months option.
●Create a FirstGiving account by entering your email address and following the prompts. Be sure to write down your log-in information as you’ll need it later on to view your donations and customize your page.
●Finalize your FirstGiving profile and agree to the terms of service. Your personal information will not be shared with any outside organizations and is used by United Against Poverty to acknowledge your contributions.
●Create and personalize your page by adding your own text and photos, and setting your fundraising goal.
●Share your personal fundraising page with your family, friends, colleagues and neighbors via email and your social networks. Encourage your supporters to make a contribution to help you reach your goal.
We are happy to help ensure your fundraising efforts are a success! Please contact Kara Dhuse at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance setting up or maintaining your FirstGiving page.
Through the generosity of people like you, United Against Poverty will continue providing education, food and hope in Central Florida.
