United States Adaptive Recreation Center


The United States Adaptive Recreation Center (USARC) offers unique and life-changing outdoor therapeutic recreation programs to children and adults with physical or cognitive disabilities.

The year-round program of its kind in the region, the USARC provides the teaching and equipment enabling persons with disability to spend their winters snow skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing. Complementing that is an unrivaled summer program teaching water skiing, kayaking, sailing, fishing, and jet skiing, as well as off-road, downhill wheelchairs.

The freedom you experience each time you bike, ride a board, sail or ski (or any other recreational pursuit), is exactly what the USARC has done thousands of times for thousands of people who would otherwise not have such liberating and rewarding opportunities.
